De kunstenaars van het drukwerk collectief Topo Copy zijn geen onbekenden in Gent en storten zich graag in nieuwe grafische avonturen. Ze maken niet alleen riso-prints en publicaties in hun atelier maar werken ook graag op locatie. Recent werkten ze o.a. nog in de Gentse gevangenis, kunstencentrum BUDA...

Een tijdje terug try-outte Topo Copy stiekem en undercover nog hun nieuwste interventie op het Bangface Weekender festival in Engeland. Nu komen ze hiermee naar Deep In The Woods.

Topo Copy zal zich met een mobiele DIY zeefdruk-setup in het festival begeven en gaat er mee in dialoog met de bezoekers en hun kledij. Door de kleding van de bezoekers te bedrukken, verspreiden zij een visueel virus over het festival en maken zo een tijdelijk collectief kunstwerk samen met het publiek.

Non seulement ils réalisent des impressions riso et des publications dans leur studio, mais ils aiment aussi travailler sur place. Récemment, ils ont travaillé à la prison de Gand, au centre artistique BUDA...

Il y a quelque temps, Topo Copy a fait un essai furtif et clandestin de sa dernière intervention au festival Bangface Weekender en Angleterre. Maintenant ils viennent à Deep In The Woods.

Topo Copy participera au festival avec une installation mobile de sérigraphie artisanale et l'utilisera pour interagir avec les visiteurs et leurs vêtements. En imprimant les vêtements des visiteurs, ils répandront un virus visuel à travers le festival et créeront une œuvre d'art collective temporaire avec le public.

A while back Topo Copy had a sneaky, undercover try-out of their latest intervention at the Bangface Weekender festival in England. Now they're coming to Deep In The Woods.

Topo Copy will be entering the festival with a mobile DIY silkscreen setup and using it to engage with visitors and their clothing. By printing the visitors' clothes, they will spread a visual virus across the festival and create a temporary collective artwork together with the audience.
